    Default cargo tie down

I need to tie some luggage down and wondered how most tie luggage down in a carbon cub? I saw in the archives the testing of cargo netting, did that not happen? I only have two tie downs at the rear seat belt attach points and two points on the upper cross tube. Any ideas appreciated. thanks

    Bill,
Here is what I did. Scroll down to the cargo net/tie down section.

Thanks David, my airplane is factory built new and I don't see any easy way to install any kind of additional tie down rings to the floor. If I'm missing something here, such as removing floor, let me know.

    Bill,

Additional rings can be retrofitted into the floor, but it's not fun. It involves adding inspection holes in the belly and installing steel clamps on the fuselage cross tube. Royal pain in the butt.

It's truly not fun and requires a lot of patience and hardwork.

I replaced the rear seatbelt bolts with the factory tie down rings that come with the extended baggage kit, it gave me forward floor tiedown location. I also, prior to covering out a set under the dogleg in the floor.
