The fatted calf is ready for Bar-B-Que...the runway is mowed....the place looks like Ireland. We are ready to go.

There is a 40% chance of T-storms on Friday with 15 mph W winds. Forecast for Sat and Sun is good. You may or may not run into the storms Friday depending on which direction you come from. If it looks like repeated wet spells in Cow Creek, we have the option of eating and staying in the big hangar at Winifred. I'll keep posting PIREPS here until the final decision is made on whether to camp or stay in the hangar Friday.

When you arrive Friday evening, there will be food for you in "Cow Creek Camp" or in the hangar. We have enough for a few left-over mid-day meals Sat/Sunday. Saturday night we are scheduled for hangarburgers in the Winifred Hangar anyway. You can stay here as long as you want and let Melissa "mother" you. I'll be taking the multi-day Big Circle route to JC starting, most likely, on Tuesday.

Fly smart.....let us know what we can do for you...the fun starts here! Ralph
