    Default ADS-B options

With the new Garminís GTX 345R option on Executive GLASS touch panels, is that the only ADS-B option that needs to be selected to have ADS-B In and Out and therefore the GDL39 is not necessary?

Asking since the new Design forms on the FX reads
    ADS-B In for the GTX345.

    Really like the new website!!

Sounds like the 345R is an ADS-B In/Out all in one transponder.

The GTX 345 does provide Out and In ADS-B. I opted for a GTX 345 and a GDL 39 3D because the GDL 3D provides AHRS information to a 796 and other Garmin products via Bluetooth. The GTX 345 provides In only, no attitude information.

Jon that is correct. 345R gets you in and out with the Exec Panel.

Replaced my 327 and 496 with GTX345 and 660 with new gizmo mount, ADS-B in and out. All fit in existing cut outs. Not cheap but final.

It's not those I'm concerned about. I trust them.
