    Default Wing diagonal cross tube

Has anyone seen what the final torque on the AN3-14 bolt in the compression tube that is installed in the diagonal position is? In our manual it says "DO NOT TORQUE THESE BOLTS, JUST SNUG" after completing the first wing I am assuming it should read "only torque to a minimum torque i.e. 45 in lbs ?

I cannot give a definitive answer to your question, however this is how I interpreded the note; no need for full torque just snug the nuts. What is interesting is that with such a low torque to begin with (20 to 25 in-lbs), it is difficult to 'just snug' without hitting the torque.

I just checked with the wing building crew, the answer to this question is 28-30inlbs. This will also be in the manuals today.
