Rear Spar Pulley Bracket Hardware Stack

Here's what Mitch says about the pulley bracket hardware:

"For the purpose of installing the bracket, that is the correct bolt. When it gets reinstalled with the cable in it during final assembly, you will remove some material from each side of the pulley that will allow it to spin free. That is how we do it at the factory."
