I would like to be able to wrench on my own bird. My question(s) are as follows:

Does the 2-day course only give you inspection authority on your own e-lsa ?
Do you have to take the 120 hour course to have full maintenance authority ?
If yes to #2, has anyone ever taken the 120 hr course?
Is Rainbow aviation the only school (for Florida or Georgia)?
How do I take 2 weeks off without losing my job ? (just kidding - you don't have to answer that one)
