    Default sticking trim switch

    Problems with trim rocker sticking in the back position Any other have the same issue fixes? replace?

    Bart,

    Unfortunately, yes, the switch is bad and you'll need a new stick. If you'll send me a pic of your stick, including the electrical plug at the bottom, I'll get you the part number. Also need to know if you have an autopilot.

    I had mine stick and just a tiny drop of Bolube solved the sticking. Hasn't stuck since.

    To Jon's point, you may get it to go awhile longer with a little persuasion. Our experience has been that, once the switch starts sticking, failure is usually imminent.

    My trim switch started sticking at 30 hours. It has almost gotten me into trouble a couple of times. Guess I need to get with you on the fix..
