I’ve flown a lot more with the T3 since my last post. It didn’t occur to me until today that something else had changed with the T3. I land in the grass about 100 yards in front of my hangar and it’s a bit rough and uneven there. With the old Pawnee spring and the Baby Bushwheel and back-stick I would feel some feedback in the stick as I taxied over the more uneven areas. I assumed the fuselage was flexing a bit and causing the elevator cables to tighten up and then relax. That’s gone now. No more stick feedback with the T3. It can be easy to forget something when it’s no longer there.
