Awesome as always Chuck. I have a little time in Seldovia. Your picture flying short final into Seldovia shows a cabin on a point in the slew to the right. My friends Stu and Betsy live there May thru Oct. My wife and I spent 5 days there last June during the Solstice Festival. Neat little town. I got to fly Stu's j3 a couple times while there and flew across the Kenai to Nuka island and then south around the whole shoreline to Portlock and back around by English Bay. I flew over by Chugach island and from there it looked like a million miles to Kodiak.
    Thanks for sharing your trip

(Great excuse honey I left the Cub out in AK I’m gonna need to go get it)
I remember you saying that now in Anchorage. When will you head south in the Cub? I’m tentatively hoping to make a trip to Yukon and NWT in my EX the first part of August. Maybe we could meet up there and then turn south?

I really don’t know as usual I don’t have a plan or a clue🤣 but that might work. I’ll give you a heads up when I figure it out.

Maybe that was your buddy who gave us a ride he was a character (that would been cool to meet him) brought us straight to habour master said she runs the town. Cool little town for sure. Restaurant didn’t have some of the food on the menu said we were the first tourist to show up this year. Same at Homer all the shops were preparing for the first cruise ship to show up which was the next day. I didn’t even go look across to Kodiac would of been to tempting. The longest part of going over water is when your half way.

Well I got to fly this BA cub to OSH. Met up with RED1 along the the way. Mikes always fun to fly with. Had to deal with some weather at the end but we got here safe and sound.

Another OSH in the rear. Some shots from Camp. Flying with Mike and Ben every night was a blast. Never a dull moment with them 2 around. I didn’t even complain (MUCH) when I had to fly the yellow one.

    Calling all CubCrafters

Come up to Maine next weekend. The air conditioning is always on. Lots are coming Friday. Shower and flush in the hangar.
    Give me a shout
