    Talking SB00032 Fun

Having a fun day doing SB00032 on the Cub. It took 2.4 hrs. Used the kit from CubCrafters.

    Happy Day

Thanks for sharing the video. The woman who wrote SB00032 (me) appreciates the feedback, especially when it ends with "Happy Day". Cute puppy by the way!

I also found the directions excellent; took about 2 hours to do.

Simple job if you use a heat gun to soften the old seals/ tubes. They'll peel right off, soften the old glue and it comes off as well. Install the new o- rings and hoses with the clamps provided and you're done. Anyone needing it done give me a shout on Facebook...Aviation Maintenance Services in N.C.

I complied with SB 32 today. I also used a heat gun on the original heat shrink tubing and did not use a knife to cut them. After a few minutes of heating they slide right off. And the excess glue does too.

I had some blue stains inside the heat shrink and one had a stain that made it to the outside but in a position that made it impossible to see until the tube was removed.

Definately a good SB to take care of and simple to do so.
