    Default TRIP: SORTHERN UT, NEW MEXICO, Tennessee

    Any suggestions on sights and/or stops between KSLC - KPGA - KSAF - KBNA? I'm flying in a friend's R44 Heli.

    SE Utah is my favorite area of the country for raw beauty. Zion, Bryce and Monument Valley are must see if you do it. The Grand Canyon is doable but, get the special VFR route maps as they are serious about enforcement over the Canyon.

    You should stop at Gaston's White River Resort in Arkansas. They have a very well maintained grass strip. They have cabins for rent and a very good restaurant. They can also take you on a guided fishing trip if you have time. The scenery is gorgeous.
