Default Gear Option - regular vs 3x3 comparison

Anyone have a side view picture of a Carbon Cub with 26" tires on regular gear and a view of same tires on a 3x3 gear?

    Hey Jon

I flown them all I think I like the 3" extended the best. I like the 3 x3 but you really notice the weight on the tail when your loaded heavy. I think the 26s look tiny with any of the extended gear.
(Just get 31s and 3" extended and then will let you play in the sand box with us )

I had normalgear and 26" tires on SN123. On my new one, SN353, I have the 3x3 with,AOSS, 1.5" brakes and 29" tires and the baby Bushwheel.

While it is harder to lift the tail on take-off, it seems much more stableon landing. I recommend the baby Bushwheel if you get 29" tires andthe 3x3 gear as it lifts the tail up about 8 inches and significantlyimproves visibility over the nose on taxi.

    Regards,
