Technical publications for Cub Crafters airplanes can be found here:

    http://www.cubcrafters.com/support/owners

Select which publications and model you are looking at in the drop down menus, Flight Manuals, MX manuals, SBs etc are all available there.

Good luck on your search for an S2!

Had one of the first XP's. Loved it, best balanced CC I have ever owned. The XP should take care of the valve problems which plagued us all...buy it , fly it, and enjoy. R

I have always felt the supercub is one thing mankind got right the first time but that there were better materials and methods to build them. CubCrafters products are proof I was right.

I put about 500hrs on one before I sold it, you will be more than happy with it performance. Never had any issues with engine after XP upgrade. There great airplanes. I know of two people I suggested the upgrade to and there both very happy with them.
    Hope that helps

I have a XP SportCub and love it. I felt the stock Continental to be an under performer compared to an older Legend Cub that I owned with the Jabiru 120 horse but now the plane performs even better than the Legend Jabiru.

I see the XP option is on the 2015 Sports Cub price list - does that mean the prop issues were resolved. Anyone know which prop the factory is installing ?

After trying several props I settled on a Catto 7638 for my XP. The combination is impressive and down right fun. Just put 31"ABW on, find no noticeable take-off difference just a 4 mph hit. Small price considering what I believe are all the benefits.

I am one of the two people that took Chuck's advise on the XP mod engine upgrade. (completed in April 2015) I ran the 72x43 Catto prop for the first ten hours after the mod. & then as the engine loosened up it started going over redline. I put the Catto 76x42 prop on and cut 35 feet off take off and gained 200ft/minute in climb. (26in ABW) The 76x42 is a great match and very smooth prop. Turn 2400rpm on climb out @ 68mph & 2675 straight & level flight. Also running a C-85 cam that gives more torque from 2250 to 2450rpm
