Default SI0020 - Fuel Tank Lid Installation

When I purchased N80DB last fall, the right fuel tank leaked if filled above 3/4 due to a bed weld. I heard it had happened to several planes around my serial range (#119).

To fix this I decided to replace the fuel tanks with the latest design. As my tanks were inside the covered wing, we used SI0020 (http://www.cubcrafters.com/pdfs/serv...ons/si0020.pdf) to install a set of fuel tank lids to provide access without needing to re-cover.

I was unable to find any pictures on these lids when researching my options, so posting these for reference. It took the shop 100 hrs for both sites, this was their first install.

Still need to paint the leading edge of the lid yellow.

Have you had any issues with the fabric getting loose near the lids after install?
