Carbon Cub Basics: Takeoff
Cubcrafters put out a couple videos some time ago that are quite helpful.
Here's the link to Carbon Cub Basics: Takeoff

I transcribed the narrative from the video...some might find it helpful.
Carbon Cub Basics: Takeoff
Takeoff Method #1 – Conventional Takeoff
Lined up on the runway, got our eyes down the centre line we’re going to do a conventional takeoff so we’re going to feed in full power, push the stick forward
You want the tail to come up to approximately flight attitude
and then we’re going to do our 2 thousand count
One thousand one, one thousand two… at that point the airplane will be going fast enough to fly
We’re going to pull back on the stick a bit and go up.
Ready….let’s go
One notch of flaps
Throttle’s coming in fully,
Stick is going forward
Tail’s coming up
One thousand one, one thousand two
Now back on the stick a bit and we begin climbing
Milk the flaps off and let’s get our climb established
Takeoff Method #2 – Two notches of Flaps
Lined up on the centerline, let’s pull in 2 notches of flaps
Bring the power in all the way, pull back on the stick just a little bit
The airplane accelerates
One thousand one, one thousand two,
We’re flying
Take it from 2 down to one notch of flaps
Milk the other one off
Establish our climb
Beautiful
I like the “Two Notch of Flap” method, because it requires no technique at all…full throttle, little bit of back stick and you’re off the ground..And I believe it’s actually shorter.
