SB00029, letter dated Nov. 20, 2014 from Ms. Schmidt referred to Part A as "required", compliance of Part B as "recommended" actual SB effective date of Sept. 22, 2014 states CC considers Part B "mandatory". Yes, the actual SB is the legal instrument, but just for curiosity sake how is an E-LSA affected by the wording change to "mandatory"?
Are others willing to share the actual costs to comply?

    Thanks and Happy New Year,

Both Part A and B are mandatory for compliance on S-LSA aircraft. Part A must be performed per the SB until Part B compliance is met. Part B can be completed at any time, but is recommended to be done at the next 100 hour inspection. As an E-LSA operator, compliance is optional, but recommended. Hope this helps!

    Happy New Year!
