    Thanks for the input.
I am still thinking about putting them on my airplane.
Do you have a link to the video of the soft system?
My airplane arrived in Indianapolis yesterday.
I will fly for the first time tomorrow - weather permitting.

Thanks Ben let us know when all set and do you know if our stiffer ones would be servicable by Burl or otherwise to retrofit the softer internal dampners? Regards Gary

    Gary (and all),

Yes, Burl can disassemble them and change the puck stack out. Thanks to Ben for doing all the R&D/testing on this!!

Thanks Randy I just emaled Burl and its $75 each which sounds reasonable. Ben, have you finalised your testing re what softness of the pucks I should ask for or does Burl know. Thanks much as planning to send them out to Burl while I am on the amphibs. Gary

    Gary,

We have found the correct puck set up but are still working on getting the correct strut length. I would suggest you call Burl and ask to get the threaded rod end adjusment put on your AOSS while he changes the pucks. The adjustment will allow you to get the landing gear set up perfectly.

Burl is sending down a set for me to test this week. If it goes how we think it will we should have the perfect set up for the Carbon Cub and S2.

As of July 2010, is the Carbon Cub setup finalized, or is there still more to change around? What's the final cost of these for the CC?

Thanks for all the work -
