    Default Flying into Canada

Im hoping to fly into Canada and explore some back country lodges. Im flying a Carbon Cub as a LSA without a medical, does anybody know if thats a problem? Im having a hard time trying to figure this out and would appreciate any help you might have.

I will answer my own question as I just got off the phone with AOPA and was told you cannot fly into Canada without a third class medical. They do not recognize the rule we have on that. Bummer.....

Yep, correct. Tell all your Canadian citizen friends to put some pressure on Transport Canada.

Can a Private Pilot with a current Class-3 medical fly an LSA into Canada?

I could ask COPA about it. Can you tell me what a class 3 medical is?
