I finally received the last of the throttle knobs, I have only 3 left and they will be the last of them. If interested in one, email me at: stede52@comcast.net

I've sold the remaining knobs and because there seemed to be more interest I'm asking the machinist if he would be interested in building more, I'll keep the forum posted, I have a feeling he may want some minimum order.

just got the knob. Excellent quality, very nicely done.
The PTT switch I ordered from Aircraft Spruce fit perfectly.
thank you
Chuck
I don't think Steve will be getting any more PPT knobs. I will be having some made out of billet aluminum. Price will be no more than $75.00. Any interest email me at tcwilliams441@yahoo.com. I'll have as many made as there is a need. Thanks.
By coincidence my son Ryan just started machining the knobs out of billet aluminum. He plans to machine a half dozen in the next week or so.
Tonight he raised a point I had not considered. The billet aluminum is noticeably heavier than the plastic. I'm wondering if anyone has any thoughts on whether this would create any functional issues.
Since throttles are typically black, we may powder coat the knobs.

Wouldn't it be lighter, cheaper and quicker to make with something like this? Like the first one
