Great thread, but to start with 205 mph might be a little intimidating, wow! Personally, my best is about 180 mph, and I don't have photographic evidence.

My personal best is also 180 mph in a Carbon Cub. Not sure I have the piture still, it was pretty blurry.
Sanford (test pilot and does some ferrying) sent me a picture of 200 mph once.

Its all about riding the wave Joe. Winter is the best time to go fast! Pickup one of those Alberta Clippers and I bet you can beat it. Polar Vortex certainly helps

Here is the new speed record. I was taking my cub to kansas from arizona and crossing the Rockies picked up an awesome mountain wave.
