Is there any Throttle Friction Adjustment on the CC-340 on my CC ? Mine creeps both forward
and aft fairly much, and was wondering if there is any way to snug it up a little? Guess it just shows
how nice and clean the installation was

We use a special flat wrench to reach down the slot the front throttle lever comes out of and hold the nut, then turn the bottom Phillips screw you can see on the interior panel above the fuel selector.
Alternatively, your aircraft is new enough it has velcro along the top of the throttle quadrant panel. You could open the left window, un-velcro the panel and reach in with a regular wrench (3/8) and hold the nut while you turn the screw. It probably will only take about 1/4 or 1/2 of a turn.
Look at Figure 6.3.11.3 on page 4 of section 6.3.11 in the Aircraft Maintenance Manual, the screw you want to tighten up slightly happens to be the one with the arrow pointing at in in the figure, number 3.

I like to vary my throttle tension based on the circumstances and here's the fix I came up with. I replace the existing bolt with a SS 1.5" 10x32 screw, tac welded it to a steel strip with two 3/16" holes .9" apart. Once installed I cut the screw to the appropriate length to make sure I got the tension I needed and added a washer and split lock washer under the knob.

Steve, I did something very very similar on an EX for a customer who wanted to be able to adjust friction on the fly. Works pretty good, the only issue is if you unscrew the knob to far it can come off.

I'm working on a similar setup but to insure the knob cannot fall off I have chosen one with a recess that will allow me to install nylock nut on stud to retain knob but still not protrude passed knob.

I went in to buy two of them at $4.40 each, the shipping was $23! I called them and they will ship only FedEx or UPS no USPS option. I'm going to see if I can find it on another sight.

Fixtureworks.net (888-794-8687) charges $12.50 shipping and $3.60 per knob.
