    Default Service Bulletin 25 for EX builders

    I just purchased all the parts to comply with SB 25 from Aircraft Spruce I did not use Teflon hose I used Aeroquip 303 since you put firesleeve on it anyway why pay the extra money.
    List of parts:
    2 AN816-3D= $4.84
    2 Aeroquip fittings 491-3= $19.60
    2 ft 05-01842 AE102-8= $13.92
    2 ft Aeroquip hose 303-3+ $10.40
    Total=$48.70
    For safety's sake you should order from CubCrafters one of there AN -3 fittings with the small hole in case the oil line ever breaks, that would mean you would only need 1 AN816-3D.
    It takes about an hour to install the ends on the hose and the firesleeve.

    Tried to buy one Vera said there wasn't a price for them, so bought a stainless one tig welded it up and machined the small hole in it using old one to get the right size drill bit. Bought all the fittings/hose from local hydraulic shop, they made me a stainless braided line high pressure/ high temp $50. Total bill was total bill was $80

    DSC02801.jpgFound another source for the oil line Summit Racing Equipment part # is AER-FBPA0039 that is a 2' braided Teflon hose with the fittings installed for $16.97 I got one with a 90 on one end and a straight fitting on the other end you can get a straight on both ends if you want. here is a picture of it. Also you would need an SC50003-007 from CubCrafters that's the fitting with the small hole EV
