Default Carbon Cub EX #37 Complete

Jeff Mickler has just finished his Carbon Cub Ex and is waiting for the DAR to come Inspect CCEX number 0037. Jeff has kept a comprehensive builders log and has been kind enough to share it with us. Jeff, I know you will have a great time with your EX. Congratulations and well done.

That's quite a feeling when you're standing there with your DAR with your Airworthiness Certificate in hand... almost congrats Jeff, and we need PICTURES here!

Cool Re: Carbon Cub EX #37 Complete

That builders log looks great. I would like to know from you Jeff, or anyone else, is Kit Log Pro the best program out there and are there any others you would recommend. Thanks

The kit pro log was great. It was easy to use and very complete to hand to the DAR. The plane is great. I have have 35 hours on it and love every minute of it. Cubcrafters, thanks for the opportunity to build and fly your creation.

Your hard work looks like it has paid off, congratulations!

I've been following your build & thank you for sharing. Your pictures & comments have been helping me with my build.

If you had it to do all over again, what would you do different ?

It took me a while but Learn early on if something did not fit right something's wrong. Listen to Mitch he somehow has memorized all of the part numbers and how they fit together. The experience was great, I miss the build but love the flying better.

I like all of the options picked and certainly like the performance.

I've been scouring all the posts on the forum and this builder log was a wealth of information. Are there any others out there willing to share their logs? Is 600 hrs build time typical?
