Weight & Balance App

Has any one found a good Weight & Balance App out there? I know there are several iPhone Apps that do this, some are free other are not. It would be nice if the CubCrafters models were listed but most likely I will have to create my own envelope for the app. If some one has done this for their CC11 Sport Cub, would they share this data? I can then adjust the numbers for my Sport Cub. Thanks

Use a spreadsheet. You can modify any way you want that way. I uploaded one to this forum a couple years ago that you should be able to find if you search.

If you want an app for iPad, you may try WnB Pro, or Aviation W&B Calculator. The free ones are not really free.

Most of the GPS units that come in the planes (Garmin 296, 396, 496, GDU 370, 375 and I believe the Aera series) have a weight and balance function in them too. Once you set them up (all of the info you need is in the W&B section of your POH) it takes about 10 seconds to do your weight and balance.
