To Carbon Cub owners,

For the last couple of months, we have had a Parts Catalog located on the Owner Support section of the website, located here. There was no formal announcement at the time, so here it is.

The catalog is in PDF format which allows the use of search functions to find part numbers, descriptions, etc. You will also note that there are a couple of indexes (or indices if you prefer) located in the back of the catalog which organize the parts by both description and by part number. Locating a part can be done by the provided page number or section number.

The aircraft has been broken down into groups based on the "ATA Spec 100" system that has become industry standard for most large aircraft manufacturers. The format for the catalog, and directions for use, are located in the opening pages.

Please understand that while this catalog has been created to help with the identification of parts in your aircraft, it is not designed to be an overhaul manual or any type of instruction for assembly. With the improvements and changes made to our aircraft on a near constant basis, the catalog is basically outdated as soon as it gets released. With that in mind, we do plan on updating it regularly as best we can to keep up with current models.

While we have attempted to eliminate mistakes, there is always the chance that things slip past that will get caught by you the owner. Printing a paper version and making personal notes of correction is common, but to help future releases we would appreciate if you could email fixes/suggestions/issues to parts.catalog@cubcrafters.com.

Note: While this catalog has been designed for the Carbon Cub, many of the parts are similar to Sport Cub and can sometimes be used as a reference. Always follow the ordering procedures specified in the catalog before purchasing to ensure you get the right parts for your aircraft.
