Talking Fun Places, Toys and Flying

Took my new DJI Inspire 1 QuadCopter for a ride and landed at Johnson's Landing Cafe on the Salton Sea. The place has not changed since 1955.....
(The approach and landing in the begining of video was actually a low pass after I left..I had forgotten to film the actual landing).

    Steve,
That is very impressive footage. Is your DJI Inspire 1 QuadCopter the gimbled version?

I heard they were having issues with the camera, looks like they've got that resolved if they are shipping units. Impressive.

Steve, did you shoot in 4K and then down convert for YouTube?

(YouTube has very good 4K capability - that video would be great in 4K.)
