    Default Flying Wild Vancouver

Here's another video, this time a complete circuit of the traffic pattern at Pearson Field, Vancouver WA. It's actually a composite of four successive flights to make use of the different camera angles. For the exterior views the camera was mounted on the entry step on the right main gear

Maybe I should have edited in commercial breaks at dramatic moments?

You can just hear the voiceover: "... braving horrible weather ... small planes ... ferocious wildlife ..." (note the coyote at 6:25 )

What nice weather Jeff! Very cool video! What is that little gray box on top of your panel?

It's a Zaon MRX traffic device. http://www.zaon.aero/content/view/2/41/. Seems to work very well. I think for $499 (at Sporty's) it's a bargain. It runs on two AA batteries, or plugs into the DC outlet.

Nice Jeff, makes me homesick for my old airport and hangar. You ought to do one at Daybreak on a nice day.
